This privacy statement governs the manner in which Electric Monarch collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (“user”) of the www.FlyElectricMonarch.com website (“site”). This privacy policy applies to the site and all products and services offered by Electric Monarch.
What information do we collect and what do we do with it?
When you enroll as a student or subscriber (“learner”) on our site or related courses, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name and email address.
When purchasing a digital product on the site, we ask users to provide information including name, billing address, email address, payment information, and account information. This information is used to:

Process payments and to prevent fraud
Respond to user requests, such as support inquiries and refunds

Send emails about our site and updates to digital products, including course registration, course content, course progress, other relevant updates, and to gather user’s opinions to improve offerings.
Information is stored as long as a subscription remains active. Inactive accounts are stored for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes.
When requesting a free digital product on the site, the user’s email address is added to a marketing list where periodic relevant updates are sent.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Cookies

Payment:
If you make a purchase on our site, we use a third party payment processor such as Square or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
